What Channel Managers are supported, and are there any connectivity fees?

The Booking Engine supports over 120 Channel Managers, including D-Edge, Siteminder, Guestline, Amadeus, Clock, Rategain, and Mews.

Are there any fees associated with payments and how does Stripe work?

Payments processed through the Booking Engine are subject to standard Stripe fees, which replace the fees you may currently pay to your PMS. These fees cover the costs of card networks, issuing and acquiring banks, and the Payment Service Provider. Credit Card Guarantee (coming H2 2024) does not incur any fees, as payments are handled by your Channel Manager or PMS. Stripe is available in most countries, including the EEA, UK, US, Canada, Singapore, and others. If Stripe isn't supported in your country, we will securely send credit card details to your PMS via the Channel Manager.

How long does it take to set up the Booking Engine?

Setup typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on hotel readiness. You can join the waitlist now to get started.

Does the Booking Engine support GA4 and custom tracking scripts?

Yes, the Booking Engine supports GA4 for tracking bookings. To integrate, we require access to your GA4 and Google Tag Manager accounts. You can also add custom tracking scripts through Google Tag Manager by adding the GTM ID to the Booking Engine pages.

Can confirmation and cancellation emails be sent from our own domain?

Yes, we can send confirmation and cancellation emails from your domain. You’ll need to provide the necessary permissions in your domain settings. The confirmation email includes customisable fields such as a welcome message, header image, and sender name. The design customisation is limited to the header image, logo, and primary colour.

Can the Booking Engine be customised to match our branding?

Customisation of fonts and icons is not available at this time. The Booking Engine supports customisation of the primary colour, which is applied throughout. The calendar uses a softer version of the primary colour for contrast and visual appeal.
